My husband’s birthday

We all have birthdays every year, but I wanted to do a party of some sort this year….as when Kent turned 70 this was no party..

Kent’s birthday started out like most of our birthdays do now..at Denny’s restaurant that gives you a full Grand Slam for your birthday for free.

Then we did some computer work and afterwards went to a new place for $10 off our lunch. We had a great sandwich and enjoyed that so much. It was a new place for us called Liberty Market in Gilbert.

Then we went across the street to Joe’s Real Barbecue Restaurant. We went to the outside to order to go, we had just eaten lunch! They even wrote on the top” Happy Birthday.” How sweet! We took it home to eat another day!

Next was the party and it was combined with another friend whose birthday was two days after Kent’s. So we and a bunch of friends all met at our friends the Winters house. It was fun and we forgot to get pictures.. so here is a collage of the few we did get.

Well, I think Kent felt celebrated this year!
Love you, Kent
